CBSUA librarians attend seminar on managing the hybrid library customers

A regional seminar-workshop on managing the hybrid library customers was attended by Dr. Rolando P. Oloteo, Mrs. Rowena R. Manaog, Mrs. Annielee S. Lopez and Mr. Sherwin A. Balang on April 12-13, 2018 at Divine Word College of Legazpi. The two-day seminar discussed managing the hybrid library customer, customer service, preservation techniques & archiving of information and information retrieval & access using all media formats. The speak- ers were Mrs. Rosemarie Ante, and Mr. Stephanie Granatin who are both practicing librarians.�The participants were able to learn practical tips from the speakers and through the sharing of experiences of some librarians during the open forum.
