CBSUA librarians attends seminar on Philippine librarianship in the era of change

The Philippine Librarians Associa- tion Inc. � Bicol Region Librarians Council (PLAI-BRLC) spearheaded a three day seminar-workshop on September 5-7, 2018 entitled Philippine Librarianship in the Era� of� Change� at Ninong�s Hotel in� Legazpi� City. Mr. Sherwin Balang, Ms. Annielee Lopez, Ms. Agnes Midem, Ms. Dolores�Perez�and Mr. Mark Eva of CBSUA attended this seminar. They were exposed to topics on Promoting Preservation and Access of Scholar Works in the Philippines . Digitization projects of�different institutions and types of repositories�and current situations and concerns of�Philippine Libraries where Mr. Stephen Alayon,�a librarian from Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center (SEAFDEC) and Mr. Michael�Pinto, the President of the Philippine Librarians Association Inc. (PLAI) served as speakers.
