Francisco, the Head Librarian of CBSUA Calabanga Campus, achieved a significant milestone by obtaining his Master's Degree in Library Science in June 2023. In May 2023, he successfully published a research paper titled "Library Access during Pre and Post-Pandemic: Case of A State University" in the esteemed American Journal of Educational Research.
