Face to Face Library Orientation to Freshmen

The University Library participated in the face-to-face orientation seminar to freshmen and transferees in Pili Campus facilitated by the Office of the Student Affairs. This year ORSEM is called “USBONG” with theme, Thriving and Flourishing in Flexible Learning held on August 9-10, 2022 at the Student’s Atrium.

The students were given a glimpse of the various library sections and services they could avail. Likewise, the new normal library policies and protocols were highlighted. The students were also oriented on how they could access the CBSUA Library websites to avail themselves of the subscribed academic databases and open access to educational resources. Instruction on the library's online services, such as the online book reserve and the ask-a-librarian were also explained.
