TUV-R Auditor evaluates the Library

Lead Auditor, Ms. Jogina Mendiola, from TUV-R visited the library to conduct an audit on the processes implemented by the library examining the online transactions for borrowing and returning of books, operations of the On-line Public Access (OPAC), serial transactions, different forms used by the office, customer satisfaction statistical report and the performance monitoring of the quality objectives on 25 November 2019. The ISO audit is one of the university strategies to ensure that the processes of the various offices of the university is within the international standards and carrying what is specified in the Quality Policy of the University which states ”Central Bicol State University of Agriculture commits to comply with applicable requirements and standards to ensure excellent service in instruction, research and extension for client’s satisfaction through continual improvement in the quality management system”
