University Library undergoes ISO Audit

The Central Bicol State University of Agriculture conducted an Internal Quality Audit to all offices in all campuses. All process owners have internal audit schedules; the University Library was audited on September 15, 2021, with Dr. Jason Dańas as the internal auditor. Some documents looked into were Quality Objectives, Quality Objectives Performance Monitoring, Risk Register, SWOT Analysis, Library Operations Manual, SWOT Analysis, Library forms, and other relevant records.

The process owners of the University Library are Dr. Rolando P. Oloteo, Pili Campus, Mr. Lowel P. Francisco, Calabanga Campus, Mrs. Dolores C. Perez, Sipocot Campus, and Mrs. Rita D. Alarcon, Pasacao Campus.

On November 9- 11, 2021, the team of auditors from TUV-Rheinland headed by Mr. Lionell Aala conducted the online audit to different offices of the CBSUA in all campuses; after a thorough evaluation of the documents and interviews with various process owners, the CBSUA has passed and granted system re-certification of the ISO 9001-2015.
